DnD 5e Proficiency Bonus

So I am in a 5e game, and we are leveling up to 5th level, but for some reason, one of my sheet's proficiency bonuses is still at 2, and not 3. As a joke, I bumped up the level to 18, and it still stayed at 2. Is there a quick way to fix this, or would it be smarter to copy everything to a new sheet?
Which character sheet are you using? There are several D&D 5e character sheets, including the D&D 5E by Roll20 (2014) and the D&D 5E by Roll20 (2024) sheets. If it's the last one, t here is an existing thread that's being monitored by Roll20 staff where people are posting suggestions and bug reports about it: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/12047734/d-and-d-5e-2024-character-sheet-and-builder-by-roll20
I didn't even know 2024 had its own sheet lol Its the Roll20 2014 sheet, and its not every sheet in question having this issue, just a single one. Hmm... Now that I am trying to recall, I think for a time, I tried having it as an NPC sheet, so do you think that could have caused an issue?

Switching over to NPC and back is usually safe, but could cause issues. It might be worth copying the character over. You could also check to see if Auto Level Calculations are on. (This is a toggle on your character's settings tab, and figures proficiency among other things, shown at bottom of screenshot below). Try toggling that off and on and see if something doesn't "unstick".

Since the NPC version of that sheet doesn't really use the PB, that very well may be what happened. Weird edge case! Try clicking on the gear icon at the top right to get to the settings page, then check the setting for Proficiency Bonus near the top of the third column. It should say something like "By level". Edit: I see that kiethcurtis beat me to it! :) MagusAndrus said: I didn't even know 2024 had its own sheet lol Its the Roll20 2014 sheet, and its not every sheet in question having this issue, just a single one. Found it. Seemed like at some point, the Proficiency Bonus was moved from By Level (Default) to Custom, so I toggled that back and we are good. Thanks for helping me find the setting.
