Jumpgate Issues

I have noticed a few problems pop-up when I use Jumpgate, was wondering if they were being looked into? -Status effects appearing behind tokens -Cannot resize tokens without refreshing -Players are unable to search for 2024 information in the Compendinum

Hi DM Deadman! The best place to ask for general info like that is in the official feedback thread for Jumpgate , but I can speak to a few of these. -Status effects appearing behind tokens This has been reported off and on by a few people. Generally logging out and back in will clear this up, or possibly deleting cookies. -Cannot resize tokens without refreshing As above -Players are unable to search for 2024 information in the Compendinum Have you verified that you are not only sharing the compendium in this particular game, but you are sharing the sources that you have access to? More detail might help here.
What do you mean "sharing the sources"? keithcurtis said: Hi DM Deadman! I'm talking abut compendium sharing . Do you have it turned on for that particular game, and are the sources that you want to share activated?
The game is one of my  Compendium Sharing Slots, and Player's Handbook 2024 is owned and selected.   keithcurtis said: I'm talking abut compendium sharing . Do you have it turned on for that particular game, and are the sources that you want to share activated?

Hmm. That should be enough to give players access. How are they searching? In-game? Website? Is your game set to use the old or new compendium? (Oh, never mind. If it's Jumpgate, only the new compendium is available.) EDIT: You might want to experiment by adding a  Dummy Account  to the campaign, to rule out any miscommunication between you and your players.
They search during the game using the Compendium, for instance they tried to search Dueling 2024, but it wasn't showing the newer info just the legacy info.

You are probably going to need to file a  Help Center Request . I cannot duplicate this. You'll probably want to clarify when you report. "Searching the Compendium" could mean the in-game search on the Compendium panel, or the web-based search outside of the game. Your players should be able to access both.
The compendium issue was resolved, I had two games with the same name and the wrong one was set as one of the Compendium games.
I'm not sure if this these issues that our group experienced this last Sunday evening (EST) are Jumpgate or general Roll20 server related: Tokens being duplicated when moved by both players and GM, resolved by temporarily switching maps. (This has already reported elsewhere by several people for some time now) Light/token vision not updating: a token that was emitting light (daylight spell) had its light emitting property turned off, but the illumination stayed on for one player. Clearing cache and refreshing did not fix the issue, it was only fixed by the player logging out of the game and back in. We are using the D&D 5E by Roll20 (2014) character sheet: for 3 out of 6 players, when clicking on an attack, saving throw or ability it took a long time (10 or more seconds) for the results to appear in the chat window. The delay was experienced by all players and the GM (me). Results from NPC character sheets worked normally. Among our player group, people are using either Chrome or Firefox and all but one are using Windows (10 or 11) while the one is using a Mac.
