what happened to folders?

this morning all of my 100 plus handouts are not in folders anymore? WTF?? Rol20 has been being a pain int he ass tto the last few days. no other website is lagging, just roll20 :(

Hi Joesf! I haven't experienced any particular lag, but if your game has been corrupted somehow (more below), then I would petition Roll20 for a rollback. They should be able to restore your game to the before-spill date.  Help Center Request Note: As I understand it, the issue of journals losing their folders is an indicator of a loss of communication somewhere along the line. If the folder structure cannot be accessed for some reason, the files are removed from the hierarchy, kind of like a pilot ejecting while the plane crashes. The folder structure is lost, but your  journals are saved. A rollback should restore it, but you want to do it soon, since they have a limited shelf life of restoreability.

I'd say.... before what Keithcurtis said .... Just wait. Reload later.  There has definitely been times on Roll20 when people said everything was "out of the folders" but they reloaded later and it was back.  Consider trying the waiting trick, before the Rollback move.
