TL;DR: Two guys looking for a 4-5 session campaign on 12pm EST Sat/Sun. Hiya people. Me(M20) and my friend(M19) are looking to form a group to play DnD 5e with. I am an experienced player, and my friend is pretty new, but I've been teaching him stuff and he picks things up pretty fast. We are looking to play a short campaign (4-5 sessions) that won't be abandoned mid-way (believe me, it has happened too many times already). We are willing to put in the commitment and are pretty active responders for any communication. Even willing to switch to long term if we work well enough with the group. I personally am down for a RP heavy campaign. I love creating complex characters with room for growth, and usually play spellcasters or healers. Some of the characters I've played are a Loxodon druid on a journey to atone for his sins, a cleric/warlock out for revenge for his dead wife (very original), and a cleric journeying trying to find whether it is worth it to pray to gods. I try my best to keep everyone in the party alive (perma-healer lol), so the DM need not necessarily look for a healer. I am willing to work with the DM and the party to create a character, so no worries on that front. Friend: i would like to play a more story/exploration and combat drivern campaign. am currently not too comfortable with roleplay so not as inclined toward it. i usually enjoy playing brawlish characters who get up in enemies faces and everything but i wouldnt mind playing other, more ranged playstyles. We are looking for a group that is nice, respects boundaries and just wants to have a fun time playing some DnD. Preferred Timing s: Start around 10am-12pm EST on a Saturday or Sunday
