Breaking Game As A Elf Druid

Ok So I'm A Elf Druid With Animal Shape I'm Also New My DM Is A Hard Ass Making The Game Not So Enjoyable She Keeps Targeting And Not Going By Her Own Rules Just To Be A Dick So I'm Wondering How To Break The Game Not Enough To Notice But Enough If I Get In A Tight Spot I Don't Wanna Go Against The Rules I Just Wanna Use My Character To My Advantage
1) talk to your DM privately and discuss the issue 2) roll20 forum doesnt really support this type of question.  3) if you don't want to speak to your DM and figure things out, you can check reddit but we only hear 1 side of the story, you may be right or wrong.  4) still unhappy - leave the table, but breaking someone game because you're mad is immature, child - just find a new table and listen to session 0 rules or ask the new tables if u can do this/that before playing and wasting everyone time. Being a dick back doesnt and will never fix issues. TALK IT OUT OR LEAVE.

The only path forward I see in this situation is, please leave the game.  It is not right to undermine the game for the Creator of it, and the other fellow players.
As the others have said, the first thing to do is talk to your GM about how how you want to play your character vs, how you perceive they are treating it. They may have a legitimate reason for what they are doing. You said that you are new: You see your GM as being a "hard ass", but could it be that  you are not understanding the game's rules?   If talking it out with the GM doesn't solve the problem, leave the game and find a new one. Asking people how to "break" your GM's game is completely inappropriate.
