Dawn Chasers is a survival themed tabletop roleplaying game in a prehistoric nautical setting. As respected and able-bodied craftspeople you will lead a tribe of ancient indigeny on a journey from the receding archipelagos of South East Asia across the Pacific Ocean. Your people and their catamaran rafts, will face a range of real-world survival scenarios, including but not limited to fever, storms, and scurvy. Launch, restock, and even grow your fleet. Manage the tribe’s resolve, attend to the Elders’ demands, and respond to the fractious interpersonal conflicts that erupt when a group of people are pushed to the edge. Immerse yourself in Polynesian/Pacific Islander history as you weave together the tale of a hypothetical stone age crossing of the Pacific Ocean. The game is played using Discord for voice and dice, and a Google Slides for sheets, boards, and inspiration.
