Hey folks, I’m running a Tomb of Annihilation campaign on Roll20 using the new 2024 rules and I’m keeping it brutally faithful to the original module. Jungle hex crawl, deadly puzzles, zero fudge, and dice that fall where they may. If you’ve ever wanted to test your survival chops against one of the best-written D&D adventures out there, this is it. The setup: your guide is dead, your map is wrong, and the bugs are fist-sized. Exploration is open-ended, combat will punish you if you get sloppy, and the tomb at the heart of Chult does not care about your backstory. I’m running it RAW with gritty realism rest rules, enhanced maps, and fully reactive factions, but no “DM handholding” or railroading. Survival is earned, not given. We’ll start at Level 1 with characters built together in a free Session Zero (point buy, 2024 PHB only). I provide all the roll20 stuff you know and love. Great maps, dynamic lighting, faction tweaks, and art to make the world feel alive, but I never undercut the challenge. The game is best for intermediate or advanced players, but newcomers willing to learn are welcome. Weekly Saturdays at 1:30 PM PDT, $23/session.
