You are citizens of Baldur's Gate, a city flooded with refugees
since the disappearance of the neighboring city of Elturel. Amid this
surge, you have been contracted to get to the bottom of a rash of
murders in the city, but they are connected to something far more
insidious. Elturel has been dragged into hell, and your city may well be
next.
In order to prevent the same fate from befalling Baldur's Gate,
you will need to descend into Hell and search for the cause of the
Elturel's disappearance. You will face many difficult choices, find some
unexpected allies on the way, and you may even have a chance to redeem
your greatest foe. Can you save Elturel from its fate and prevent
Baldur's Gate from falling?
