D&D 5e (2014) Compendium Not Working

I've run into a problem recently where, despite having my compendium shared and having purchased books, none of the items I drag into character sheets function. Items just say "Item Type: Item" with no mod or attributes. Even simple equipment is missing all relevant mods and data. It also is not displaying any of my resources, only pulling from the "Free Rules" of both 2014 and 2024 despite me having 2104 materials enabled. The only part that HAS mods is items gained by using the Charactermancer. If this is only affecting the 2014 sheet and not the 2024, is this intentional or an oversight/error in some kind of database or infrastructure update? UPDATE: I just tested the Charactermancer with the 2024 sheet and it doesn't let me use materials from the 2014 compendiums I have, only pulling from the 2024 and 2014 free rules.

Hi Trunkdorf! After the many permissions problems the team dealt with last week, there have been a number of reports from users who are having difficulties accessing their compendiums in whole or in part. Currently, what is working for most people is to delete cache and cookies, then log out and back in. If that does not clear things up, you can either post back here for more ideas, or file a  Help Center Request .

I did clear cache and cookies for Roll20, and it has fixed *some* of the issues, but there's still missing functionality with compendium items and access to compendium resources shared. I filled out a bug report in-game after testing some things with a sheet. I appreciate the Roll20 team for their efforts in making sure things run fairly smoothly, and understand that technical issues like this are difficult to resolve.

I am having this same problem. I cleared my cache and the problem was fixed for like 5 minutes... now it's back to only showing free basic rules / monsters. Additionally, when I drag out a 2014 Gargoyle NPC sheet (free basic rules) it brings out a character sheet with nothing in it, and which never populates with its stats. EDIT: even though clearing my cache forced me to have to re-log in, it was necessary to click the "sign out" button myself, and then re-re-log-in to fix it (hopefully). EDIT EDIT: Even after signing out and back in, the compendium is still deciding not to show up after a little while.

Yeah, I went through support to report the bug and it's still not working. Lots of resetting login, clearing cache/cookies, still things aren't working or showing up.
