These battles are long forgotten by the human civilizations of today, but ancient relics remain. And now, the land shudders once more with the thunder of giant footsteps. Hill giants raid farms for food and livestock, as stone giants lay waste to settlements in their path. Frost giants plunder coastal towns, as fire giants gather slaves. Cloud giant castles drift across the sky, casting ominous shadows on the cities of the North. But no threat compares to the wrath of the storm giants, who stand betrayed. Adventurers must rise to the challenge, gather their strength, unlock the power of ancient runes, and take the fight to the giants' doorsteps. Only then can they discover a hidden evil fomenting a war between giants and small folk. Only then can they forge an alliance to end the war before it begins. My name is Christian and I've been a DM for DnD 5E for quite a number of years at this point, currently as a P2P DM. I'm currently looking for more players to balance out our party for Storm King's Thunder. We're aiming to have our sessions on Wednesdays at 3:30 PM (PDT). For some context of the campaign and my DMing style: SKT features a heavy focus on exploration and combat as the party must traverse the north region of the Forgotten Realms' Sword Coast (Known as the Savage Frontier) going from settlement to settlement following signs of Giants' sightings as something has happened that made an upheval in Giant society. I'm the type of DM that lets players go at their own pace, so if the party wants more focus on other aspects of the game then we can deffinetly arrange for that. So far 3 of the player slots are already accounted for. We're looking for 2-3 more. The campaign is currently on the late-to-endgame stages of the story so I will find a quick and easy way to integarte new players to the group. We're trying to keep the campaign at a "PG-to-R" rating to account for everyone's comfort at the table. If there's anyone interested, feel free to comment here or in the Roll20 LFG listing here . Thing to note, some of the players have already gone through a bit of the campaign with a previous group. The general tone of the game is a bit more casual and roleplay is a bit secondary.
