Come November, will it be possible to create Legacy copies of Legacy Games?

Starting from November, will it still be possible to create Legacy copies of Legacy Games? Or will it also have to be Jumpgate copies?

Yes, you will be able to create Legacy copies of Legacy games. This was stated in the information release. 

You should test this immediately after the change and Send a request if it isn’t working correctly. I shall be doing so, but you should test to your satisfaction.

You won't be able to create Legacy games anymore' and it sounded pretty dubious. You can continue to make Legacy copies (games), you will not be able to make (brand new) Legacy games.
