world setting that contains Night City of Cyberpunk fame. All characters

reasoning behind PREGENS.. Character get 150 points, This is a
Cyberpunk game with all kinds of possibillitys got Bionics. Cyberware,
etc.. EVERYTME i run something like this players fight with me wanting
something super powerful at the beginning.
ITS THE BEGINNING.. you become super powerful over time not on Day one.
SO to save headaches. im making 10 PREGENS so 5 players can have a main
character , and 1 in reserve as a backup if your main character dies
