Campaign
The emperor is dead. Armies position
themselves to hunt for the assassin. Inquisitors kill or abduct magic users of
all types.
You can be the key to preventing the
Empire from conquering the world. Answer the call, shape the outcome of the
war, and carry your legend from fledgling adventurer to world‑shaping hero.
During this campaign you will:

Escape a nearly besieged city to carry
critical documents to a growing resistance movement.

Encounter new species of creatures unknown to
peoples and possessing great power.

Negotiate with established leaders to gain
their trust and support for working together.

Seek the lost relic of the emperor to learn of
his demise and prevent opposing forces from controlling the means to conquer
the known world.

Struggle with moral decisions of who can be
trusted, how much is a soul worth, and should the world be remade.

Race against time as freezing weather grips
the world threatening world wide starvation.

This is an epic level 2 to 20 campaign with evolving stakes and opportunities for personal growth. The linear
progression of events leaves room for player choices and actions which will
reward strategy, roleplay, and bold action.
