Intermittent issue with spawndefaulttoken

I am finding that the --order|toBack is intermittently failing. I can't find any pattern to when it works. I can run the same macro over and over and sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. Has any one encountered this? It's not a major issue, I can quickly fix it with TokenMod. But as I'm trying g to create macros for other players, it would be nice to know what is going on.  Here is an example macro. !Spawn {{ --name|Spell --qty| 8 --expand| 10,30 --placement| burst 1 --offset| .5,.5 --force| yes --size| 2,2 --side| 1 --order | toBack }}

Hi Melvin the Mediocre,  Please go to your My Settings tab, Graphics section. Make sure "Always display controlled tokens on top" is turned off so that it isn't interfering.

It was off. Good thought though.
