Unable to change or edit character sheet permissions

So, never seen this happened before but few days ago, I assigned new character sheets to my players. I assigned both in journal and edited by to just that specific individual. Today, I went back in to change "In Journal" to Everyone. 3 of the 5 sheet went as normal. The other 2 gave me a pop up saying I cant do that. Those 2 sheets, I couldnt even un-assign or add others to it. It just completely blocks me off.

This is what would happen IF....  If your Player pressed the +Add Character button within your game, within the Journals tab, and you the GM had "allow players to create their own characters" turned on.  - OR -  If your Player created their Character in a website tool called (confusingly) "Roll20 Characters" and then your Player imported their Character into your game, and you the GM had "allow players to import transfer characters" turned on. This should NOT happen if you the GM pressed +Add new Character and thus you the GM created the Characters (within your Journals tab) yourself.  Do you know for sure if that might've happened? Best way to prevent this is.... from your Game Details Page > Settings dropdown > Game Settings > uncheck Allow Players to Create and uncheck Allow Players to Transfer.

Hi Novercalis,  Just to add my 2cents, if you want to prevent Roll20 Characters from causing this sort of issue the only solution is to prevent your players from using it in your games. Gold's last line is the method for doing that.  Do not allow players to create characters in your games (click +Character and then assign it to them) and prevent them from importing them from Roll20 Characters.
might be the + add character thing since thats somewhat of a new feat. Before I used to use a mod that automatically creates a sheet when a new player enters my campaign. This is the first game w/o that mod, so they added it in. Good to know, turning that shit off
