Session expired error message loop

Every time I log in to  Roll20 using Firefox (fully up to date version) I can access the account, but not the game.  I consistently get this error message on a constant loop:  I have restarted the browser, checked for the newest update,/version, cleared both cookies and cache, and fully restarted the PC.  This error persists.  What is going on? 

Try using a Private Browsing window. I always launch games in a Private Browsing window and I avoid lots of glitches that way.

OK, thanks for trying it. I think you’ll have to escalate to Roll20 staff with the Help Center and Send a request now.
