Cursor off mark in hiding/revealing mode…

Was trying to both reveal areas and hide areas (both explorable,) but the corners of the boxes would appear away from where I was clicking. I made it work, but it was tricky. Chrome on a Mac Mini…

Probably too late now, but did you try a refresh?
I've found that the apparent cursor position gets less accurate the longer I'm working within the game (setting up maps, etc.). Clearing cache and a restart  fixes it. This is why when drawing dynamic lighting barriers I change the grid size to .5, .25 or even .125 so that I can "snap" to the smaller grid intersections, then set it back to the correct size for the map before adding windows and doors.

I did refresh but did not think to try snap to grid or clearing cache (as it was mid-session.) Will give those a go when I have time…
Keith's *Dynamic Lighting Tool* MOD has an interface that includes page settings with a menu for easily changing the grid size without having to open the page settings via the map page menu. It probably wouldn't be very convenient for use while playing, but I use it a lot when setting up maps.
