Restarted roll 20 plenty of times and just couldn't get beyond and roll 20 to marry up. used the dice system on roll 20 in the end and worked fine. is this an occurring issue for people?

Hi Zach E.,  I suggest contacting Beyond20 for issues regarding D&D Beyond rolls going to Roll20. It is a 3rd party extension that is not part of Roll20.
