I can confirm this as an ongoing issue on Jumpgate. Symptoms include: 1. failure to recognize a mouse click to set points. Sometimes it will after several clicks, but some of the time a page refresh or full reloading R20 is required. Happens on map, lighting, and GM layer. I rarely draw on the object layer to confirm that the issue persists on that or the foreground layers. 2. Lack of ability to ping the map. This is on the object layer. Not sure if this is connected to the draw tool or not. 3. Right mouse click becomes unresponsive. This prevents end points to a series of lines drawn on the lighting layer. Very frustrating when working on more complicated maps where there are a lot of smaller lines. This has taken a full reset of Roll20 to fix. As Rick A. stated, it happens more often when I have been working for some time period in the VTT, but occasionally I run into the issue with a few minutes of starting. (WIndows 11, NVIDA GeForce GTX 1669 Ti, Firefox and Chrome browsers) Most of the times I have submitted a help center request on these issues, I get a response back that the issue cannot be replicated. Since it pops up seemingly at random, this is not a surprise. Unfortunately due to the lack of feedback from Roll20, there is no indication that they are taking the problem seriously or working on trying to uncover the cause of these issues. I can also attest to the fact that these issues are happening with increasing frequency in the past six months. As the development team has been actively working on adding much needed and appreciated features, it appears as though Jumpgate has been slowly becoming more and more unstable with issues such as this and others causing interruptions during preparation and game play. Edit: I forgot to add that this happens across three different Windows based computers. Rick A. said: I've been experiencing this sporadically for months; it's as if the VTT sometimes doesn't recognize the mouse-click to begin drawing a line until the second or third attempt. This usually starts happening after I've been in a game for an hour or more. Clearing cache has no effect, refreshing the game works sometimes, but logging out of the game then back in clears it up. (Windows 10, Nvidia GForce GTX 1070, Chrome browser) I do have to add that this behavior has been happening less often over the last month or so. There have been no changes in hardware or graphics drivers on my end during that time, but there have been several Chrome updates.
