Hide the Measure tool from everyone - including the DM - when you turn off "Broadcast to others"

Score + 5
I am the DM. One of my players is very invested in making optimal use of his Fireball and other area-of-effect spells, so he uses the Measure tool from every possible spot on the map to ensure he hits the maximum number of enemies. He turned off "Broadcast to others," but as the DM, I can still see him doing this. It's incredibly distracting, and I don't want to see it. Can we make turning off "Broadcast to others" actually stop broadcasting it to others?
I'd only want this if it's a DM controlled toggle.
+1,  I'm with Bill R on this.  I expect my players to prep for their turn while I'm working on someone else's in combat, and that includes measuring potential moves, which I don't want to see.  I call also see Rick A's point. There are rulers players draw just for the DM, which they need to see without everyone seeing them. If you just let the players say "share with nobody" then they'll forget to share stuff with the DM when needed, and fixing that just slows down the flow of the game. Perhaps this could link to initiative: DM can see what someone is drawing or has drawn and lingered, only when it's their turn on the turn tracker.  And putting that under DM control makes sense.
