Transmogrifier Pro (Jumpgate) Cannot Take Maps from Other Jumpgate Games

What the title says. I was attempting to use the Transmogrifier in a Jumpgate game to take maps from a Jumpgate game, but it seems Jumpgate maps are not eligible for transfer, though legacy maps are. Am I missing something? Is this something the team is working on? Or is it a bug?

Is the game into which you are trying to Transmogrify the maps also a Jumpgate game? You can Transmogrify from a legacy game to a Jumpgate game, but not from Jumpgate to legacy. 

Yes, it is a Jumpgate game.

Has the game from which you are trying to get the maps possibly been archived? Roll20 archives games that haven't been accessed in a while; On the My Games page they will have a "Restore Game" link under the game's title. It was restored. So must be a bug.

Even though it was restored, it's possible you might have to actually load it once. If it loads, and still does not transmogrify from, try running Transmogrifier from the restored game, and moving the item to the new game from there. It might work in the opposite direction. This would be a workaround, of course, and not a bug fix.

I loaded both. No dice.

And using Transmogrifier in reverse did not help either?

Nope. The issue is it remains impossible for me to use the Transmogrifier from either Jumpgate game to take maps from the other Jumpgate game. Curiously, I am able to take legacy maps from legacy games, just not Jumpgate games.

I would suggest using RIck's advice then, and filing a&nbsp; Help Center Request .

I can't replicate this issue. I've just used Transmogrifier to copy Map pages from a Library game to an Active game using both push from the Library game and pull from the Active game. It worked fine both times.&nbsp; The Active game was created in Jumpgate just after Roll20Con 2025, the Library game was copied from a Legacy game to Jumpgate just last week.&nbsp; I was using Firefox Private Browsing 146.0.1 (aarch64)
