Marketplace purchase no received

I bought a bundle on Saturday. Paypal has a record of the charge, but roll20 doesn't seem to react as expected. No confirmation email, the included module's pages still say "buy" instead of "Create game with this module" as my other purchased modules are all showing, I can't find the module in the right hand column when creating games, I can't find them as addons in existing games.  I have submitted issue tickets but so far I have yet to hear back from them. I really need this problem sorted before my game starts. So I'm a bit desperate

Ahh, hope it gets sorted in time. The Roll20 Help Center ticket is usually the best/only way to resolve issues with purchases. I will tell you they changed the button to say "PLAY" instead of "Create game with this module", FYI, just watch out for that.  Also another change is, the Right-Side of Create Game doesn't necessarily load all the modules that you own. It only loads a subset that it thinks are related to the Character Sheet (game system) you have selected.

I went back and double checked. Now it's showing I own the short adventures bundle, which wasn't the case on Saturday. but that's a good thing I suppose. I'm still able to purchase Saltmarsh separate for some reason. However, I still don't have a play button and can't find saltmarsh or yawning portal adventures or the base module anywhere. So I still can't use the items I just purchased.  I guess all I can hope for is they respond in time Gold said: Ahh, hope it gets sorted in time. Yeah that’s the first place I checked on Saturday. A friend of mine had that confusion before with other short modules collections. Checked it twice again today after your reply. Tried all the possible keywords, found a bunch of other addons I didn’t know I had, but no yawning portal or saltmarsh. Even tried “short adventures bundle” searched separately. A search there for "Yawning" would show them (if they are properly in your account purchases). Each add-on title has "(Tales from the Yawning Portal)" within the name that you can search in your Add-Ons drop down.
