Player's character sheet is shown as in my game, but is unavailable to them and not visible to me.

We are playing a D&D 5e (2014) game. My player has a character they would very much like to recover, but he cannot access it. In his "My Characters" page it tells him that he does not have permission to access his character, and to contact his GM. When I check, I do not see his character sheet in the Journal. I can see his other characters in the game, but the one he wants to recover is not visible and is not in the "Archived Characters" folder. There are no error codes or pop out messages to indicate what the problem may be. He attempted to contact Roll20 helpdesk a month ago (ticket number  #387406 )and has yet to receive a response. I have contacted the helpdesk a week ago (ticket number  #401917 ) and likewise have not received a response. Does anyone have any insight into this matter? Any tricks to reach someone to address our tickets instead of receiving nothing but radio silence and automated answers?

Hi arke,  I'll see if I can direct some attention to those tickets.

Thanks for bubbling this up! For some context and for others who come across this -- when submitting a ticket via our help center, there may be a pop up which prompts to ask if a help center article may have solved the ticket. We understand that occasionally folks may misinterpret the interface so we send out an immediate follow up in those situations to provide context and next steps to the customer to make sure the ticket still makes it across our desk. It seems that system still went off to contact the customer for that first ticket, but I am unsure if it was just missed or perhaps went to spam. As for the second, it seems that the follow ups just slipped through the cracks and a member of the team should be tackling that shortly! Edit: Clarifications
Thank you Gauss and Drespar for addressing my concerns so promptly. I hope this problem can be fixed.
