Terrible Support Experience, Looking for Help

I ran into an issue with my account last week (about 10 days ago now) where some of my games/character sheets were missing. I contacted support via their web form on Jan 21st and asked them to please look at my account. They never responded to my initial ticket but they partially fixed my issue, restoring some of my games and character sheets. However 1 of the games (my most recently played) was still missing the character sheets. I don't have a backup/copy of them. Despite my reply stating this to them, they closed the request on the 24th. I told them I was not satisfied when they asked in an automated reply but that didn't seem to do anything either. - I then submitted another request on the 24th which I have yet to hear anything back on. - I again submitted another request on the 28th which I also have yet to hear back from them. Is there any other method by which I can get actual support or a human to read my message? It definitely sucks to have been a Pro Member for a long time, have no issues and then when I do have an issue to be basically shut out.

Hi everyone, I thought it would be better to continue a related topic rather than flood the forum with new ones. On January 17, 2026, I reported a complete loss of maps and uploaded assets for my players (while everything still works normally for me as the GM). This was submitted as support request #392559 . Shortly after, I received replies from the support team with additional questions, and I responded to all of them promptly. However, I did not receive any further updates. On January 28, I submitted another ticket ( #403722 ) to follow up, as there had been no response. Support replied immediately this time, asking for Console Logs, which I sent the same day. Since then, I have not heard back from support for over two weeks. I was hoping if the Forum Masters could advise me on what my next steps should be.) Thank you very much for your time and help.

Hi LufEldVattenJord K.,  Generally your best bet is to do what you just did, one of the Forum Champions (me in this case) will try to get some attention on the tickets.
