KP Tome of Beasts 2 purchased, won't sync to Demiplane D&D Nexus digital library

Hi, About a year ago I purchased Kobold Press' Tome of Beasts 2 on roll20 marketplace. I've been using it on roll20, but I noticed when Demiplane announced D&D Nexus and syncing titles between roll20 and Demiplane that ToB2 was also listed as one of the books available for purchase in the digital library. I've tried syncing several times from the roll20 side and the Demiplane side, but I can't get my copy of ToB2 to show as purchased in the Demiplane D&D Nexus digital library. Is there a bug with this title? My D&D 2024 core books all sync'd without issue. Thanks, - DnO

Hi Derek O.,  It is possible there is a permissions issue that clearing cookies/cache might fix. If that doesn't work contact Roll20 via the Help Center and they should be able to help you get it straightened out.
