Hi Tim! There is no way to do this that I know of. Chances are that they are not actually in the game anyway. If a player closes their session window rather than using one of the log out buttons, they can still sometimes read as "in the game". If you have some other way of contacting them, using it to ask them to launch and then log out normally should correct the issue. Hmm. I haven't tried this, but turning the video audio chat engine off and on cycles the game. That might kick everyone. Or not. Like I said, I haven't tried it, and I don't have a "phantom login" to test on right now.
