All Tokens and Handouts are no longer in their folders

I have one game where all of my folders for Characters, NPCs, Monster Manual (with sub folders A through Z), Magic Items, etc ... are now empty. All of my Tokens and Handouts that were in their folders are now just in the main folder. The folders and sub folders are still there at least but now I have HUNDREDS of Tokens and Handouts that I will now have to move back into all of their locations. Anyone know what could have happened? This will take me hours to fix.

Hi Tilt, I see you have a Pro account, have you tried to roll your game back? If that didn't work have you contacted Roll20 about this yet? If not I suggest doing so. You can do that via the Help Center: https://help.roll20.net/hc/en-us/requests/new (The Bug Reports forum is primarily for community help)

I have heard of cases where someone reported a similar issue (everything fell out of folders) but then later when they reloaded everything was back. I would definitely try refreshing browser, and then the steps from Gauss, before trying to put everything back one by one.

I tried rolling back to a few days prior, then finally all the way back to the 9th (the furthest it would let me) and nothing changed. I spent about 3 hours putting everything back, was not fun. I will submit a bug report but not sure how much good that will do since its not a currently occurring bug. Thanks for the input
Just an FYI in case anyone else experiences this.. Basically was told by support that this could happen from time to time if Roll20 believes that there was something wrong with the file structure -- as a fail safe it dumps the folder contents to the root in order to avoid data loss. Unfortunately for me, I did not see that this had happened until my rollback window was already gone for the last date it was fine.
