FASATrek Sheet Fix & Update Request

Is it possible for those who created the FASATrek character sheet update and fix it? -seems to have many image broken links. I knwo it says "created by Russ and Tanya F.," but there are a number of Russ and many Tanya F. , so I have no idea who to contact.

So it is unlikely they are maintaining their sheet.&nbsp; Still, contact them and see if they respond.&nbsp; Regarding&nbsp;Tanya F, they are not listed in the Github entry for the sheet.&nbsp;

Thanks Gauss Another person responded directly to me and made a temporary fix to the sheet, then loaded it as a custom form into a game. It is extremely primitive and sloppy. Also, it isn't the sheet I remembered from a game of FASA Star Trek years ago. Thanks again for the response.
