Perhaps I am missing something but when I Right click on a token on the GM screen and try to move it to the Token screen/page, no option exists. What do I need to do?

Hi Kull! You may be looking for the wrong word. The term in the right click list is "Layer":

Try clearing your cached images and files for your browser. After I did that for mine, the layer menu popped up.
