My roll20 account reverts back to the free plan when I open in roll20 activity in discord

I was wondering if someone has experienced this issue before. I posted earlier about my account reverting to free despite having paid the subscription fee. That was fixed and when I opened up the roll20 activity on discord, it said I had the subscription but then it disappeared and now my account is free again.  I don't have any other account besides this one so I'm just confused as to what's going on or if it's just an odd bug? Thanks for any input!
