Curse of Strahd - Remastered with Major Updates!

Hey all! With all the Ravenloft excitement in the air, we decided to remaster Curse of Strahd with a ton of new Roll20 features and improvements. This update is free if you already own it with us! This update includes map pins, foreground layer, traps & reactions, options to use the new D&D Fifth Edition sheet, and the ability to read the entire book on the D&D Nexus! You can check out the complete overview on our blog ! A lot of what we've done here is being applied directly to the new Ravenloft book launching this summer, so consider this a sneak peek of how we're approaching D&D content. If there's ways of approaching these products that you'd like to see done differently, please let me know!
will this be done for other modules such as Lost Mine, Dragons of icespire Peak and it's extended adventures, etc?

This nice little video about the update just came across my YouTube feed. It showcases a lot of the improvements: https://youtu.be/v9ZG7s7nVWI?si=WJxVVfkRDiB2ZOBA

I've bought the package but the actual module is missing. Anyone else having this problem?
Have you checked Add-ons?
I'm trying to create a new game, but the actual module doesn't show up as one of my Adventures. I can find the three add-ons, but can't create a new game based on the module.

Curse of Strahd is an addon now, not a module. I hope this is the way that Roll20 releases future "modules" (as addons). All you need to do is create the game, then before hitting Launch scroll down and add the desired Curse of Strahd addon.

You need to select either the 2024- or the 2014- addon. These include the full modules. The naming is not intuitive.

"Classic Sheet Addon" = 2014 sheet "New Sheet Addon" = 2024 sheet
is there a plan to refine modules vs add-ons here ? I a little stumped as to why it moved - and it leads me to wonder, is this something needing simplification ? I own hundreds of add ons and modules in R20 and frankly I wont buy more as it has a bad case of "wood for the trees"
And I'm scared to add any addons to the addon as I rebuild COS and prepare a new campaign .
Please be aware of type with Pidwick's new token : "I wish I could make people happy."

It is my understanding that Addons will be more often used than modules in the future. They are much less problematic to patch for some inscrutable technical reason. And I can see your point about multiple add-ons. Many people bought the original CoS module and then tried to add the Tarokka deck addon, for instance, without realizing that it was already included in the module. I think Roll20 should probably make some sort of announcement about if Addons will become more common, and what this means for the end user. I'll see if I can direct some attention to your concern.
Has anyone noticed the new CoS update maps don't actually have the map pins we were promised? Or might they just be missing from my copy perhaps?
