Plz forgive me if this is already done before. Idea: Let GM layer tokens that use the initiative button, from sheet, whisper it to the GM instead of posting it into the chat. Scenario example: I had some skeletons shown, and a pile of bones\armor\weapons on the ground level. With the shown skeletons above. I wanted the ones above to lure them into the bones\armor\weapons and then have the skeletons come to life, ToEE style. I hid the skeleton tokens on the GM layer to simulate this when they appear on the token layer. Problem is , When I go to gm layer I think it is broadcasting their initiatives to the whole game. Thus ruining the surprise.
