Character Images in "Bio & Info" Are Broken

Anyone else having issues with character images not loading or showing correctly in the Bio & Info section? I can drop or load an image fine, but after changes are saved the image shows half loaded or chopped/pixilated. I've gone into another game I GM and images load and show just fine. Is this new game I started just bugged? Thanks for any advice or direction you can provide!

Hi ZenBear! This is a bug that can happen if there is an issue with the text in the Bio section. This usually happens when the text is composed elsewhere, and invisible formattiing characters are copied over with the visible text. I would suggest cutting all of the text from the Bio., then backspacing a couple of times in case there are more formatting charactes at the very beginning. Paste this text into a plain text editor, what that does not allow bold, italic, etc. Then copy from there and shift-paste the text back into the bio. Save this and see if the problem is fixed. If it is, you can edit and format the Bio using only the tools provided by Roll20's built in text editor. In a lot of cases, you can just paste text from an external editor (like say, MS Word), but it can easily lead to things like what you are seeing. If this does not  fix the issue, post back and we'll see if there are any other possible solutions.
This has also happened to me a few times and turned out to be something wrong with the image upload. I fixed it by deleting the image from both the bio and my image library, cleared cache, then reloaded the image.
Fixed! Deleting the entirety of the text and retyping was the solution. It was a copy and paste from another game so must have snagged some odd formatting text that the new game didn't like. Thank you to all!
