Losing drawn lines with hardware acceleration on.

Hello. Everything's been working wonderfully until just recently. The only change on my end, as far as I know, is that I swapped my Asus Tuf Gaming 4080 for a Suprim 5080. Now, if I have hardware acceleration off, I can't use 3D Dice due to speed, and even chat slows down. (I'm pretty sure this is normal.) BUT if I have hardware acceleration ON lines I've drawn in the past, and any new ones I draw disappear completely. If I reload, move in and out of Roll20, etc., eventually I'll "get lucky," and all the previously drawn lines will appear, but all new ones will still POOF. I really don't want to have to turn off hardware acceleration when on certain maps. Oh, to be clear, it's ONLY drawn lines (I haven't tested ellipses and whatnot), but text labels, pins, EVERYTHING else is just fine. It's only drawn stuff. Thoughts? I'm stumped.

With repro steps that specific, your best bet is to capture a  a Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox )and file a  Help Center Request . Hopefully the devs can use that info to figure out what's going on. FWIW, I don't think it's an overall speed problem. The little Chromebook I do my browsing on can handle both 3d Dice and displaying drawn lines (last I checked--I still wouldn't run a game with it).
Thanks for the suggestion. Ill try to get to it later this week. (busy busy right now). As for the speed/dice thing. After some patch a loooong time ago, I started having super laggy 3d dice and when I looked for a solution, I turned on hardware acceleration, and boom! Works perfectly again. This new problem though...grrr. I mostly use maps I make up so there isn't a lot of freestyle drawing but many encounters are hand drawn as I only have so many encounter maps created. So I need to be able to draw. None of my players have any issues with it. I have so many issues with my monitor that I wonder if it's the problem but that doesn't make a lot of sense. Especially since it all worked before I got my 5080.
WOOHOO! I just tried updating the drivers for my 5080. Now when I draw a line with acceleration ON, the line flicks to a line of a different color briefly, then returns and settles in. Ill come back and try your suggestion if the problem returns. Thanks again for your suggestion.
