Token Markers reuse

I've purchased several token markers from the marketplace with the intent of pulling some of the images into a personal token marker for my games.  One of the issues I am encountering is that the seller has them named in a certain way that doesn't mesh well with my intent of using said chosen icon.  According to the Wiki on Token Markers, one should be able to rename the image, but when I select the image the rename button doesn't activate.  It stays subdued and unusable.  Any way to rename purchased token markers or is that just for uploaded images?
When you go to the front page of your game, click on the three dots next to the token marker set you want to modify. Then select the token by clicking on the circle in the upper left hand corner of the specific marker you want to rename. And then a bar will appear above the marker set with the option to "Copy to", "Rename", and "Remove". Click on "Rename" and then change the name.
Thanks for the reply David S.  Much appreciated.  However, when I follow your suggestions, the rename option remains stubbornly inactive.

It is possible you may only be able to rename sets if you upload them. I can't test this, due to the way my account (as a Contractor) interacts with the marketplace. If the creator has denied the permission to download the set, this may be impossible.
Thanks keithcurtis... I fear that may be the case.  Either one cannot rename purchased token markers or this specific one's permissions doesn't allow to rename its contents.
