I'm a Pro DM with over a decade of experience providing a homely experience for D&D 3.5. We recently lost two long-term players and are looking for someone who will join us for the final 2 chapters of this epic! We started all the way back in January 2021 and are looking to finally conclude the Adventure Path this year. Schedule: Mon 7pm EST Session length: just over 3h System: D&D 3.5 Cost: $20/session via PayPal Style: high immersion, professional quality with old-school feel The game The LFG Page on Roll20 My name is Drakonyan and I am your typical "forever DM", but with a wide array of tools in my belt. I have experience in teaching, acting, writing, digital art, music, among many more interests. I make my own maps from scratch, as well as custom tokens with a template I made, curate playlists and ambience tracks to run during the games (you can turn either or both of them off if you prefer) and I make sure my service is always of the highest quality. That is why I run only 2 games at a time and that is my full time job and sole source of income, so I dedicate my heart and soul into crafting the best immersive experience into the world of Dungeons & Dragons that I possibly can, with over a decade of experience refining the art of GMing, taking lessons from other systems and GMing styles at every opportunity.  In my games, we use full dynamic lighting on professional quality maps, custom APIs and macros to ease the playing experience and the tokens are always properly set up to correctly sync with the data on the character sheet. I also aim to provide as close to a "friend's basement" experience as I can, to the point of rolling my own physical dice for NPC rolls. If you're still in doubt about playing with us, come join our server and sit through a session. Feel free to message me about any questions, concerns or ideas you might have.  The campaign In this game we are playing through the Shackled City Adventure Path. It's a full campaign composed of 12 consecutive and connected adventures set in the city of Cauldron (and its neighboring areas) that are meant to take characters from levels 1 through 20. Originally published for the third edition of Dungeons & Dragons through the Dungeon magazine (a bi-monthly magazine with complete adventures for Dungeon Masters to use), the series was revised and compiled into a hardcover published in 2005. Though conceived and directed by Chris Thomasson back in 2003, the adventures were written by great names of the industry, such as Christopher Perkins, David Noonan, James Jacobs and Jesse Decker. Received with great critical acclaim, this campaign is still often recommended for those who are yet to be introduced to 3.5, as well as veteran players who want a good challenge. Set in the mild fantasy world of Greyhawk created by Gary Gygax, there's minimal lore to be learned, making things quite simple for players and DMs alike. The campaign also doesn't have a specific "theme", easily welcoming adventurers of all sorts, be they in it for the glory, the coins or the blood. Our group, however, is more concerned about the safety of the citizens rather than glory or profit.  We are on the 10th (out of 12) adventure in the Adventure Path, so the characters are lvl 16. We are doing milestone, so everyone is kept on the same level and level ups occur during downtime.  Given that the story is centered in a small city that often attracts adventurers, introducing a new character should be easy in most cases. Currently, the party consists of: Alaric - human cleric dweomerkeeper Buster - tibbit psychic rogue Dismas - halfling rogue Koshka - tibbit hellfire warlock The following links contain more information about specific topics: House rules  Character creation  Context & lore  *This game will require payment to the Game Master at a rate of 20,00 USD per player per session, paid via PayPal.
