Macro to roll from table help needed

Need help with macro rolling from table. My Curse of Strahd module has a working macro for indefinite madness where it rolls form table and puts result in chat. I tried to copy that concept and make my own table, and macro, to do the same thing. I can't get it to work and don't know why. When I do the /roll 1t[table name] in chat it rolls it, but wont in the macro.  Any guidance on why this isn't working for me?

You aren't putting it into a template.  Examine the macro you are trying to replicate. You are missing the template portion of that macro.  Note: in the future please supply the macro via text. We can work with text to provide you the answer, we cannot work with the screenshot without a lot of extra and unnecessary work. 

Original I tried to copy from: /w gm &{template:npcaction} {{rname=Indefinite Madness}} {{name=Indefinite Madness Table}} {{description= [[1t[Indefinite-Madness]]] MY version of it: /w gm &{template:npcaction} {{rname=Blood Plague Mutation}} {{name=Blood Plague Mutation Table}} {{description= [[1t[Blood-Plague-Mutation]]] When you say I'm not putting it into a template I have no idea what you mean

Oh, I found the error. When I scrapped the ending "for more information" part on the original, I got rid of the }} at the end, now it works.  Thank you.
