Adam, Steverhud and Grusom - I'm so sorry about the challenges you're experiencing in your games recently. Dean had just published a new thread acknowledging the recent uptick in performance issues and sharing more on what we're doing across several teams to trace and tackle the issues. This is the thread for the latest information . As they mentioned, we are having every resource possible focused on this effort, and more updates will be posted in that thread with progress and findings. For the moment, that will be the best place to see updates and post your feedback/questions as they come up. Adam Caramon said: The slowness of Roll20, specifically the 2024 sheets, is approaching meme-level. I have a group of six players trying to create new characters for a new campaign and each drop-down in the character creator is taking multiple minutes to load. Each player is frustrated with the experience and I have nothing to offer them other than "Roll20 says they know about it, and are trying to fix it, but no ETAs." -Adam Grusom said: My group all experienced bad performance today. Playing d&d 2024 campaign and using the Char sheets, clicking on attacks takes 5-10 secs before being posted in chat. updating hitpoints is the same. Loading the 2024 character sheets would timeout over and over again but would eventually load, attack rolls would take 10-20 seconds to appear, if ever. All in all, it was a very frustrating session.
