I’m using ipad, however im having the same problem with my phone too. I can’t click on the plus button on the character sheet, which makes it completely unusable.

Which character sheet? There are over 300 game systems being played on Roll20 and many of those systems let you choose between several character sheets. D&D 5e alone has at least three different ones.

Horamere, Unfortunately that's a known issue with Safari/WebKit and the "D&D 5E 2014 by Roll20" character sheet. Jim
