Purchased set infinite loading in game

Browser used : Firefox Developper Edition / Firefox standard version / Google Chrome standard version. Browser add-on : No one (used private navigation to be sure) Operating System : Windows 10 One of my purchased set is just loading infinitely in my games, I'm pretty sure it's because elements inside are animated pictures because all the other sets are working and they're composed of only static images. I tried everything but I don't know how correct this. Do you have any ideas ? Thanks in advance and sorry for my english.

Hi 🌌 Sky Cooper "l'Ω" ! I don't seem to be able to get that item to materialize, either. Your best bet is to file a  Help Center Request . That will create a ticket for the team to track and resolve. You can also take advantage of Roll20's return policy as well.
