character tokens not saving lighting presets

Running Rime of the FrostMaiden.  My characters tokens are not saving the lighting presets.  If I set their dynamic Lighting switches to Vision and Night Vison and set the vision parameters, I have to reset them every time I change maps or exit the game.  I have Dynamic Lighting turned on for the game.  It has been awhile since I Dmed a game on Roll20.  Is there a step I am missing.  I do not remember this happening during any other game I have ran

After setting up token vision, make sure that the token is linked to its character sheet, and update the default token.

Hi James B.,  As Rick A., indicated, it sounds like the step you are missing is updating the Default token to the Character.  You can do that either by editing the token and then clicking Update Default Token (Represents Character must be set first) or by editing the Character and clicking "Use Selected Token" after setting up the token.  If you are doing that and it is still not working for you please let me know so I can investigate further.
