Could we have url based art?

Score + 2
Instead of uploading art and cost r20 a bunch of money hosting it, why not have it load from an url?

Hi Captain M.,  They used to have that (still technically does sorta) via the defunct Google Search in the Art Library (called From the Web).  But, aside from the defunct nature of the Google Search there is potential for serious issues. One of them is that there are a major performance issues with url based images.

No animations, fancy blinking lights, no 3d rolling dice.

Unfortunately there simply is no way I am aware of to overcome the url image performance issue.  I've seen maps which were derived from url images, they can take forever to load.  The problem is the access speed to acquire them every time they are loaded.
