Journal Improvements: Folders and Handouts

Roll20 provides the tools to give players handouts using a word processor, allowing for one image to be attached or multiple images copy-pasted into the description. Unfortunately, I think the journal needs lots of improvements to be useable as a library for clues, lore documents, letters, summaries, and so on. Especially in a long-term campaign, or a small campaign with lots of information for players to take notes on, I find that the following improvements can be made: - Using night mode (underdark mode) makes the choice color for fonts difficult to read for player using light mode and vice versa. Some players see a blank document due to the white text color matching their background because the GM may use night mode and chose white to better read the text. - Copy pasting multiple images into the description  of a handout is unreliable, as sometimes nothing is saved or roll20 freezes up. This is especially true with larger file sizes.     + Having a way for players to "flip through pages" would be cool, but ultimately I think what I hope to see is the ability to choose Handout Themes like "journal" or "book" or "paper note" or "Wall carving" so that there is no need for photoshop to make special letters, notes, paper scraps, and journal entries and upload large file-sized images. - Folders and moving handouts between folders tends to be finicky or unreliable, requiring lots of clocking in different places and waiting for the screen to catch up for a file to be moved up or down the many-many columns of handouts. - color coding folders, adding symbols to the folders, and identifying if a folder has a subfolder would make browsing handouts much easier! - The GM can make handouts available to certain players in their journals, but what about players being able to favorite/star/pin these handouts for their own reference? Thank you for considering one or all of these suggestions. I hope to see handouts become more user-friendly and a lore-keeper's best friend! With all the support and gratitude to the roll20 team, thank you!
If I had votes left, I would add one here.
These are good ideas.  There are currently at least two handout-related suggestions on improving handouts on the first page of the Suggestions.  Might I suggest you add your comments and votes to those?  Your suggest is slightly different either of them...but very relatable. Cheers.
