This is a D&D campaign, using the old 2014 character sheet, running in Chrome. I was signed in as GM to a game where I play in (I set up the game a couple of years ago, but someone else is the formal GM, and I just do various maintenance things between games).  I noted that the token for my character was behaving weirdly.  Token markers were showing up behind the token, not overlapping it.  No other player or NPC token showed this behavior, and hopping out and back in did not fix it, nor did signing in as Player. It wasn't affecting all token markers -- the fixed color dots and the death-X both worked as expected, overlapping the token. I tried dragging out a new copy of the token. Same problem. Assigning the token to represent another character did not fix the problem. Hopping to another map and pulling out the token there did not solve the problem. I built a new token for the character. I dragged out the token from the Art Library and assigned it to that character seemed to solve the problem -- huzzah! -- but as soon as I copy-pasted the token, or tried dragging a new one out, the new copies had the same problem.  I exited out and came back in, and now the new token showed the same incorrect behavior. I tried doing the same thing with newly uploaded token art (different filename). Same issue. I went into Incognito mode and fired up the game to test it. Same problem. I manually deleted all the cookies for roll20.net. Did not solve the problem. We are using a custom token set, so I tried deleting that from the game, then pulled in the default set instead. No change.  I tried firing up Roll20 in Bing instead of Chrome ... no improvement. For me, the key here is that it's just one character, and I can make it go away temporarily by building a new token -- but then copies of that stop working. This was not happening the last game we played (Friday, 7/17). I know in that game I added token markers to my token and they behaved as expected.  I'm not quite sure, rationally, what to try next.
