Hi there. I'm having an issue where I get stuck on the loading screen
for a long time (a minute or more generally), and when it finally gets
past it, my maps aren't appearing, just a grey background. The countdown
doesn't appear on the loading screen, but everything else is normal:
chat, journal, image library, page settings bar etc. I've never had this
problem before today, and have made no recent alterations to my setup
that I'm aware of. A screenshot, for what it's worth: I'm running Firefox 33.0.3 (the latest version) in Windows 7 64-bit, and have disabled any add-ons that could be causing issues. I've cleared my cache, updated Java and Flash Player, restarted Firefox after every change, but nothing seems to make any difference.
