Sorry this is so late. I meant to post it after the week-end of the 8th, but time got away from me. We started out where we left off, in the dark room where we'd killed the vampire mists. We retreated down the previous hallway to rest up and heal. Then we went back into that room, and found two doors, one leading to the east and one to the north. We examine the room to see if there are any clues about which door to take, but we cannot find any. Riss opened the north door and saw another door with a brass plate at the end of a short hallway. Sandra looked out the door to the east and saw a corridor that continued for some time. Vinha went to the plate to the north, read the inscription, and returned to tell the others: "Cruelty is a tool, not a sport. Be ruthless to your enemy but reward those who serve you well." Meanwhile, Sandra reports about the corridor, and we try to decide where to go. Riss decides to open the northern door. Tek and Vinha follow. Sandra heads down the long hallway with Korabb. There's another door with a different inscription: "The chosen are revealed by their might. The weak deserve no sympathy." The northern room has a torturer's rack and nothing else. We decide to go back to the other room. Tek opens it magically, and five suits of armor start attacking (2 with swords, 2 with shields, and 1 with a weird orb). We fight the armors and win. The only other thing in the room is a normal door (no plate or inscription) leading to the south. Then we take all of the armor and put it on the rack in the other room. Nothing happens. Vinha mentions boot prints, and we find a secret door. Behind the secret door is a scared boy. He says he came here with a Sir Baran who happens to be wearing a sapphire pendant. They are there to destroy the evil cult of Asmodeus. At first we pretend we will help him, but then Sandra reveals who we are and offers a one-on-one duel with the boy, Timeon. He accepts and she kills him. We return to the other room with the southern door, and Sandra stays behind with the dead body of Timeon. We also suspect that we are meant to torture Sir Baran on the rack once we find him. And that's where we left off.
