Add keyboard support for moving objects in the Dynamic Lighting Layer

I apologize if this feature, or a work-around, has already been reported or is already supported. When an object is selected in the Dynamic Lighting Layer (DL Layer), say either a Polygon or Shape, it would be beneficial to be able to move the selected item via keyboard. Thus, if using a device where a mouse is not present, the user can select the object then use the keyboard (arrow keys, etc) to move the selected object on the DL Layer.

I just checked and it works fine for me.
