Hello! I'm looking for a kindly DM who might tolerate a complete tabletop RPG newbie in D&D 5th edition. Short or long campaign, since I want to get the hang of leveling up as well. Hence, not really into one-shots. Even solo campaign would be cool, I guess. Doesn't matter to me if it's a homebrew setting or Eberron, or plain old Forgotten Realms. Would prefer play-by-post or similar, but can invest in a mic just the same. Not an issue. I'm GMT+1, but I have a pretty flexible schedule for the foreseeable future so as long as it's not starting at like 1am my time, I can roll with it. I'd be most comfortable with a ranged character (ranger/rogue) but again I'm flexible and with DM guidance I'll be more than happy to try any class.
