Issue with displaying all posts made in forum

I initially posted this in the forum for people who are new to roll20, as this is the first campaign I've run on here. They told me that I needed to post the issue here. What's happening is that a lot of the messages are disappearing. If someone replies to a post, then for some reason, they'll all show up again. But simply going to "view all posts" from the main page, shows nothing. I don't know why its doing this, and its making it very hard to keep track of all conversations, and player input. i'm not the only one having this problem, all the players are having the issue as well. Below are a couple of screen shots showing the issue. Note, I'm using the latest version of Google Chrome. I don't know what the players are using. This is the main page. As you can see, it only shows 4 topics. One of them, "Character Creation" is a topic created by another player to re-post what I wrote. I don't know why these are staying and all the others aren't. This is what shows when I select the "View All Posts" link. There are a bunch of other posts, like I said, that only show up when someone replies to a topic. Could you look into this please? Thanks! :)

Hello and thank you for posting here Phillip. Ok. The first thing is you need to do is start on following the steps listed here: https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues Step 1 is to make sure you have the correct supported browser. It appears you have chrome but it is the latest stable version? Step 2 is to disable any and all extensions ( I see one from your screen cap ). Step 3 is to clear you cache Step 4 is to post a console log if the other steps did not fix your problem. Remember it needs to be the complete log not just a snippet of it. Let us know if that helps and we can go from there.
Ok. I had add blocker running. Disabled it. I'm running Chrome version 39.0.2171.95 m. Another computer in my house is running Firefox 34, and another computer is running Chrome 39.0.2171.95 m - pure vanilla. All have the same issue. Cache was cleared on all. As you can see, there's nothing in the log. Also, all the other players are having the same issue, so I don't see how it could be limited to my three computers. That's why I posted in the other forum first, as I was wondering if I had a setting or something set up wrong. Thanks :)

Philip, can you send me a PM with a join link to your campaign. I'll take a look.

Your issue is that the LFG for your campaign has a forum that's separate from your campaign's main forum for you players. Nothing's dissappeared.
Thank you, Steve :)
Hello Gentlemen of the Roll20 Dev Team, I was so happy when I found this posting as I am also having the same problem as Philip D. I can view the discussions posted by myself and any player who has joined my campaign when I view campaign details. However, players who have not joined are unable to view discussion posts. When I searched my own campaign, even I was unable to view any discussion postings. Mr. Steve K., you seem to have solved this issue quickly and easily. Perhaps you can help me, please? Cheers Gentlemen, Kerr B.
Basically Kerr, you have to switch forums between your LFG posting, and the forum for the actual game. When I was researching the issue, if you want people to be able to read posts in your gaming forum (and they're not part of it), you have to be a paid supporter. I feel stupid posting the initial message for help in the tech support forums, as it wasn't a technical issue. I posted a message for help explaining I was new and was wondering if I did something wrong in the new player forums, but I got lambasted by the mods there and told to post here. Personally, my experiences with roll20 support has kinda sucked. The tech support people were great, but those helping the "new players?" Well, perhaps they need to know more themselves before given that position. Just my opinion.
It would also be nice it the two forums were different enough that people could easily know WHICH forums they were looking at. I think that's where the HUGE confusion is coming from.

Philip, having the two forums be visual different is a valid suggestion and something we'll consider. The idea behind having the forums split is so there is one area to meet, interview, and vet potential players without having to invite them into your game. Then the main campaign forum is a separate area for your invited players to discuss the actual game, long after the LFG is closed because you've gotten the players you wanted and the campaign has started.
