Unfortunately, the answer to your subject question is no, no one seems to be running Shadowrun. It's a very popular game, but interest here greatly outweighs willing GMs. I'm not able to put together a game, but I could coach you in putting one together yourself. Shadowrun, possibly more than any other game, requires the group to set a scope for the game. Rather than incorporating every single detail of every single rule, you really news to step into in and choose what aspects of play you want to use. Combat and skills (also the infamous Matrix rules) really aren't that hard to deal with when you step into them slowly. Like any game, experience breeds experience, and you will only get more comfortable by playing it.
